THUNDER CAGES

Every aspect of our MMA cages has been carefully thought out and engineered to provide a quality product for our customers.  We are the designer and the manufacturer and have engineered every cage using our Computer Aided Design program.  Our MMA THUNDER CAGES are built for competitions and also are able to withstand the abuse they will receive on a day to day basis while being used in your gym.   We use only the highest quality in steel, fencing, foam, and vinyl.

*From day one, our cages have always been designed with the bottom fence rail just under the floor level, providing much better viewing for spectators. 

 Fence Panels:  Our fence panels are made with heavy 6 gauge vinyl coated chain link that is baked on and meant to withstand abuse.  The steel frames of our panels are welded together keeping the cage tight and solid as a rock.  They are designed with a drop-in system making installation simple.  Once in place, they are secure and able to withstand the toughest fighter out there. 

Cage Door:  We've designed our cage door to swing in or out and it securely locks in place once closed.  It cannot come open unless it is done manually.  There is no bar over the door that could potentially cause someone to hit there head, and it is a full 6' high just like the panels.

Floor Padding:  We use a full 2" of dense closed cell polyethylene padding, providing your fighters with plenty of protection and comfort.

Vinyl Flooring:  Our floor mats are custom made with heavy duty 18oz. athletic vinyl and are extremely durable.  We attach a 1" strip of velcro around the edge of the entire mat to secure the skirting to.

Vinyl Rail Covers:  The rail covers are made with the same heavy duty 18 oz. vinyl that we use for the skirt.  They securely attach around the top rails with velcro, which is hidden on the inside, for a smooth wrinkle free professional look. 

Wood Flooring:  We use engineered tongue and groove plywood for our wood flooring.  This is the best option available for cage flooring if you are wanting a floor that won't bow or bounce around too much.  If you purchase the wood floor from us we will deliver it to you precut and numbered to make installation simple. 

Removable Legs Option:  This would allow you to use your cage in your gym at ground level if you have a low ceiling.  To use your THUNDER CAGE at an event, simply bolt on the 3 foot legs for an elevated cage.  It's that simple!  Of course, we can construct the cage to be any height you desire, just let us know.

Padded Feet:  1" thick industrial rubber foot pads are provided, making the entire cage shock absorbent, coupled with the floor mat it is a complete system of safety and comfort that your fighters will appreciate!

Custom Steps:  We are proud of the design and the quality of our steps!  Our steps are made to meet safety standards, using 5 full size steps instead of just three.  They have also been designed to bolt directly to the cage to avoid slippage.  

Our cages come complete with everything you need to put on your next mixed martial arts event.  As an option, you can include the wood flooring.
